The Funeral Service for Dan will take place at Breakspear Crematorium in the West Chapel on Thursday 13th December 2018 at 12:15 pm.  There is plenty of parking on site.

Following the service you are all invited to join Dan's family for refreshments at the Middlesex Stadium, Breakspear Road, Ruislip HA4 7SB

Daniel is much loved and will always be missed and fondly remembered, and his family would like to thank you for your kind support and condolences at this sad time.
